Dougray Smith are delighted to be acting for Interserve in the acquisition and funding of the Listed former Co-Op store in central Newcastle. Pre-lets have been secured to Q Parks, Premier Inn, The Gym and Jimmy Spice with a further 3 units available for A3 /A4 occupiers. The project has been forward funded by DTZIM for National Grid pension fund at a value of circa £30m. Work is due to complete in Q3 of 2015.
